About Angie
Join me on the journey of doing inner work
Throughout my life, I have dedicated significant time and effort to seeking personal growth, transformation, and self-improvement. I have delved into countless self-help, religious, and spiritual books in search of change and hope, only to find that the promised long-term results often fell short. I have explored a wide range of therapies, including EMDR, CBT, group therapy, somatic therapy, and neurofeedback, among others. Despite my extensive exploration and progress, I found myself encountering recurring issues that caused challenges in both my personal life and relationships.

The various Ideas were intriguing yet often didn’t “work” or apply to my temperament, circumstances or “knowing.” Because of my personality/Enneagram type and what I’d heard from influential people around me, I believed that my efforts didn’t “work because I wasn’t” working at it hard enough. In reality, I was working hard at change and needed a more nuanced approach.

Through the Enneagram, I finally found a framework to name and comprehend what had eluded me for so long.
By actively participating in inner work with the help of a therapist and Enneagram coach, I have made remarkable progress and have experienced improvements in my quality of life, mental health, and overall well being.

In addition, I am well-acquainted with grief, depression, and anxiety. I empathize with exhaustion as a parent raising four children – one being neurodivergent and medically complex — and a perpetually messy house. I do not pretend to be something I am not, and I approach my interactions with honesty and vulnerability, openly sharing from my own experiences. By combining my formal training with the wisdom gained from my personal journey, I have worked to create a safe, enjoyable, and engaging space for others.
Professional Qualifications
I am a certified Enneagram Professional through Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy, an IEA accredited Enneagram school, where I received expert guidance from Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes. This training equipped me with an exceptional perspective on the Enneagram and provided a robust framework for effectively working with others using this system.

During my academic years, I pursued studies in sociology, psychology, and adolescent studies, enhancing my understanding of human behavior and personal development.

I began facilitating Enneagram classes in September 2019, initially utilizing Suzanne Stabile's "The Enneagram Journey" curriculum until December 2020. Since then, I have developed my own curriculum, incorporating insights from other esteemed Enneagram and spiritual teachers whom I deeply admire and respect, as well as integrating principles from modern psychology.
