Be Supported through Enneagram Work

Enneagram coaching is a valuable way to do supported inner work.  I truly enjoy working with my clients and work to help them solve the type-related issues that are showing up in their personal lives.

Using the Enneagram as a map means we have very specific means for growth and change that is both helpful and efficient.

You don’t have to know “everything” about the Enneagram – I’m happy to teach and resource you with what is relevant to your individual situation.

Common Topics Covered in Coaching:
  • Emotional patterns - not feeling, feeling “too much”, not having access to certain  emotions (mad, sad, glad, scared), The Passions of The Enneagram, somatizing feelings

  • Mental patterns -  The Fixations of the Enneagram, limiting beliefs, “stuck” thinking

  • Defense mechanisms

  • Balancing our thinking, feeling and doing centers

  • Understanding and working through type and subtype patterns

  • Building a growth path for inner work

  • Using the Enneagram arrowlines as a map for transformation

  • Helping you discover your Enneagram subtype

  • Solving problems coming from the personality structure

Finding the Right Fit

It is very important to find a coach that is a good fit for you.  If you’d like to schedule a free 15-minute introductory Zoom meeting, you can schedule that below.  If there are no available times that work for you, please email enneagram.angie@gmail.com

Typing on a computer connecting with the coach
"Having Enneagram coaching with Angie felt like level 2.0.  Angie helped me discover my personal beliefs and tendencies that were getting in the way of my healing and growth. She helped bring understanding as to why I’ve felt stuck personally and how I need to bring more attention and focus inward each day. Angie is a great listener and creates a safe place where she offers insightful questions that help explore more deeply what habits are helping or hurting forward movement. I would highly recommend going deeper with your Enneagram number through coaching with Angie."
